Slip case packaging developments . . .

I had a meeting with Sarah who designed the A5 slip case for the media pack for MPP, about ways to improve upon the case, such as -

- A4 size
- Making it into more of a case opposed to a dust jacket, so that it can be slipped on and off of the pages, instead of wrapped inside the front and back covers, leaving the inside pages exposed and loose to fall out.
- Incorporating the Dandy-Lion logo onto the front of the cover, as well as the price and product bar code.
- Looking at using different weights of card so that the packaging is much more durable, as some of the Dandy-Lion parts are easily bent out of shape. Suggested maybe using acrylic??? Although not very healthy for the environment!

We're going to have another catch up next week, and try out some of the new designs that Sarah has come up with, as well as trying to screen print the logo onto the case, which could be quite interesting.
