The skirt to the left was the one I originally wanted to use for the shoot, however I went to order it from the Topshop web-site and it was completely sold out, obviously very popular. So I went on a mission into Bournemouth town to find a new skirt, I'd seen a couple one from River Island and another from Topshop. The River Island one had slightly too much volume in the skirt, and just didn't look as nice as when I saw it on the website.
After many hours of looking round numerous shops I settled on the skirt from Topshop, I love the colouring, and it will compliment the brown and beige's on the books in the shop. I also managed to find the top I wanted to use, originally I wanted to use the beige version but the navy one worked a lot better, I just need to order the right size.
I then wanted an oversized jumper, and my boyfriend who was with me found this good one in Debenhams from the Rocha.John Rocha range, it's between olive green and a dark brown which compliments the skirt well. I wanted something that was oversized so that I could roll up the sleeves, and create different ways of wearing it as there will only be one outfit in the shoot.
Still to find -
I want to goet a really nice pair of suede boots (pictured below from Miss Selfridge) as well as a pair of socks to go with them, as in some of the shots I want the model to not be wearing the boots, as if her feet are tried after a long day of being on her feet. I found these from Topshop, but I'm not too sure, I'm going to London in a week so I'm going to have a look at what I can find there.
